Still not paying on collect & pay!

My ex is meant to pay £600 a month in child maintenance. He has so far not paid a penny. Arrears are over £5000.

I applied to change to collect & pay and have it taken from his wage directly.

The payment still hasn't been received!

What the hell is the point. It says online that it may have not been received due to him leaving his employment or them not processing it.

When will this end.

Speak to CMS again.

What does CMS say when you’ve spoken to them.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I had these games for years. Keep your head up OP, it will sort out.

I waited until today to report a missed payment (expected date was 27th) but when I try to report a missed payment it comes up straight away with "we are aware your payment has not been received- if we receive it we will put the money in your account"

I'm going to try and call them tomorrow.

My ex is on collect and pay but still doesn't have to pay the £6 a week he is meant to. Hasn't since November...
