Recently I have changed to collect and pay as my ex stopped paying. A deo was setup and I got my first collect and pay payment last month. Was checking this months payment online and is showing as “payment missed”. Last month on the 23rd was already showing as payment received and then I received the payment 2 days later. I’m wondering whether the payment is late or if the payment was actually not received at all. Anyone here on collect and pay (ideally a deo)? Do you get your child maintenance payments on the same day every month? Or every month is a different day? Does anyone know how long it takes until a payment is really considered as “missed payment” and cms takes action? Thank you
