Voice of the child report - courts

Hi All

Just wanted to get some advice from people that may have been in a similar situation. I have been going through the court system the last 2 years with my child's father. He has always had access but uses this now if he doesn't get what he wants.

He has a new list of demands and says he will bring me back to court if I don't agree to have a voice of the child report. If this is requested does the judge have to go along with it?

I think the judge is fully aware if what's going on but I'm not sure whether it's for the judge to decide or the other parent.

I'm sorry I'm not sure what your asking. But a judge doesn't have to agree to anything.
