Single mam moving to Dubai no father on birth certificate

Hi. I was wanting to know if anyone has any advice on if there are any restrictions on moving to Dubai as a single mam with no father on birth certificate? My daughter has her father's last name and the reason he is not on birth certificate is because he did not come to register her birth. Would I still be granted a visa for her or would this be difficult? Would it be better to have her last name changed to mine? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Why does she even have his surname if he is not on the BC and didn’t come to register? Sorry that’s not the point of your thread but just confused by that yes I would change it instantly very straight forward however BC can’t be changed now unless she’s under 1? You would be mad not to change her surname to yours. Also as he is not on the BC you shouldn’t have any issues it’s only when father is on the BC that it’s an issue as you need his permission if he is on it.

It is a long story but the short version is I had to register her birth and he was away so he could not make (and we were together at the time which is why I gave her his last name regretting that now obviously). Anyway time went on and he never could make the appointments and many other commitments hence why we are no longer together and I now am looking in to changing her name. I more worry about the fact that it could stop me going to Dubai as I know changing her name is not that hard but with her having his last name just makes things are lot harder for our future plans.
