They stopped my childcare tax credit and didn't bother to tell me

I only noticed this month but that's not the point. They didn't even tell me.. they say they've overpaid me so have stopped my payments

They never tell you anything.....useless useless dept.....

I'm pee'd off because I've always told them about changes in circumstance so how can they have managed to pay me SO much that now I'm entitled to nothing? and they haven't even told me how long for!

I think if you have proof you have informed them of changes, they cannot stop your money, maybe worth looking into.

When did they stop paying you?

Not sure when I noticed this month that there was a payment on my statement then realised that I hadn't seen one for a while so I phoned them up.

I've always informed them over the phone.
