I have found out about my partners affair, and have told him we are separating. That's a whole different story.
Basically we are living in a house that is in his name, the mortgage is his, ownership is his.
He is offering to move out and let us stay put (me and three kids).
I know I can't get the housing element because he is the children's dad. But will I be able to claim the other elements of universal credit if he moves elsewhere?
