4 month old BF baby - what contact appropriate?

Hi, as the title states I have a 4 month old baby who is currently breastfed. I split from his father a month ago due to DV and there is a currently a non molestation order against him. My question is, if you had a young baby as a lone parent, what contact arrangements were/are in place for your baby to see his dad? And was it court ordered? And was your baby breastfed?
Thank you x

I would push for supervised contact in a contact centre. You need that as protection for you - to allow the contact without encountering your ex or people in his family who don’t see things from your point of view. It would also ensure he can’t easily refuse to give the baby back at the end if the session. It would also be limited in time to a couple of hours so wouldn’t cause issues with feeding.

Thank you @GwenGhost
I have been to court once and the judge bullied me into agreeing twice weekly contact immediately and when I suggested a contract centre he said it would take too long. I wondered if anyone else had similar as I know my baby's dad wants 50/50
