The ex and I split 2nd July and he didn't see her until 17th July. Ex has been having her more and more nights, which I don't mind.
But as we are in the middle of a high conflict split, he has refused to pay and child maintenance.
I knew this would be the case, so I opened up a case with CSA on 7th July. It's taken me constantly sending paperwork and screenshots of messages between me and the ex for them to trace him. It's now been three months and I finally got a calculation today.
The CSA agent said that it looked like they have just put it through without speaking to my ex, but then said they couldn't backdate to the 7th of July as it was illegal because they hadn't confirmed his address.
They have done the calculation off the basis he doesn't have our daughter at all, which is untrue and I have been texting the ex a week by week calculation (which he hasn't bothered answering) so I have been sending CSA screenshots weekly of the nights DD spends with him.
Question is where do I go from here? He runs roughshod over me, but this is money for DD and I won't have that.
