Hand hold

Hi all

Just needing a hand hold, currently sitting on the kitchen floor drinking wine.

My partner broke up with me last night, we have a 1.5 year old.

Don't really know what to do. I have had a look at what benefits I am entitled to, when am.I supposed to apply? Do I wait for him to leave? We have a joint mortgage and I don't earn enough to have it in my sole name, but I do earn enough that I can afford it plus bills and will have £300 it I also get the universal credit.

I'm trying to be practical because of our child. I am heartbroken.

Hand hold. Empty the wine and go to bed. Nothing is better with a hangover.

It’s going to be fine

Thank you. I don't even drink very often so it has really hit me! What I really want to do is have a cigarette but I quit 4 years ago. And obvs with a 1.5 year old I don't want the smoke on me.

Maybe report your thread and ask them to move this to the Lone Parent topic . I'm sure you would get loads of advice on how to move forward on there .

And yes put the wine down and go to bed .
