Has anyone any experience with the cms deduction of earnings orders?. My DS dad is a continuous non payer. Just as a deduction of his earnings order was set up through his work and I was due payment I found out today he has quit his job. Does anyone know if deduction of earnings order will automatically follow him to his next job through his national insurance or tax number etc or will it go through the big process of trying to find out where he works and his income again?. In which case every time cms catches him he will quit before the first payment.
