My children went to live with their Dad when I had a mental breakdown and at the time I wasn’t well enough to have them but he is still making it really difficult for me to see them, I want to have something regular in place but he’s not letting me! Who can I speak to professionally about this and get something officially put into place please?

You can do it yourself and self represent but that still means paying the court fee. You want to look into a c100 application.

Other alternative is looking into legal aid, which you may get due to financial but not sure what is required for courts. They may be able to send letters or advise, though.

I'm going through the same, I have no contact at all and my only option is court. Likely have to do the same.

You could apply for mediation.
