What evidence can I provide to CMS to support my claim that ExH isn't declaring all his income?

ExDH pays a pathetic £30 per month CM for 2 children. This is because he claims
S Universal Credit and the calculation is based on him earning £30 odd ponds per week. However, he has told me he is working at least 3 days a week for an employer and he has always done a lot of "cash in hand" work.

The CMS want evidence from me before they'll take my challenge seriously. I have screen shots of messages he's sent to me about working 3 days a week. But what else can I provide? I don't know how much he earns ( but do know who his employer is.)

Also, he owns a property that he doesn't live in. I don't think he gets any income from it as his mum lives in it. However, will this be taken into account in the calculation? I'm pretty sure he won't have declared this....

Thank you. I'm struggling financially and it feels wrong that he's in the pub every night living the life of Riley.....

I don’t know but currently in the same situation and no one is Interested I know for a fact he is earning but I can’t prove it. If it’s cash in hand I doubt you will get far, maybe report to hmrc? I also get £30 a month

Thanks Bananaslug, it's so frustrating, isn't it? I don't think I'll get anywhere either. Maybe report to HMRC and DWP for benefits fraud, might be my best bet.

In my exes case he wouldn’t even admit it over messages so I don’t even have that. Everyone has told me to just give up, it does really annoy me though!
