Not only with the violence and general bad behaviour towards my darling children but once again he is not paying any child maintenance and has gone unemployed. In two and a half years he has managed this every time the CSA pin him down and when I complain they just say oh yes millions of men do this.

So why is it ok? Why doesn't someone do something and why oh why are our kids suffering because jerks like him play the system?

I have never shirked my responsibility with the kids and work full time to support them. If I couldnt get a job i would re train or pull pints I cannot understand that mentality at all. He is a graduate with a post grad diploma and numerous skills but can just behave like this at the drop of a hat.

Sorry rant over I am just in tears of frsutration at it all.

I have been doing so well recently, new job, new life and am off ill with vile virus and then this. I think he knows I am coping and you are so right walk away and just accept he is a shit.

I still get threats from him every other week but they dont affect me anymore. THe courts no longer chase up non payment of child maintenance so he gets off scott free.

Ah, but look at it from this angle. As he has never paid maintenance, or rarely, you are no worse off and his shenanigans do not affect you at all (other than to piss you off). He however has to keep changing job and his income is fluctuating wildly simply because he is a tosser.

So the effect of his actions on you = nil; the effect of his actions on him = all over the place, chopping and changing to hurt you which it doesn't. Who's the idiot??

I guess I get angriest when it affects the kids. For myself it is always easier.
