My ex paid nothing for 1.5 years, I continually asked him but he ignored me so I contacted CMS, unfortunately as he claims UC and works cash in hand he didn’t have to pay.
He agreed to 100.00 a month for our boys 5 and 17. I asked him to increase to 200 and he’s refused. He has the 5 year old 1 night a week.
I’m so annoyed he’s just returned from a golfing trip, is always out socialising, has expensive golf memberships, season tickets and gym memberships.
Doesn’t pay for any uniform, school trips etc…
