We live together but separated. Separate bedrooms, food etc.
He said it will take him few months to save money to move out and therefore to save money he won’t be paying me rent anymore.
Hes looking after our DC 1 day a week.
So basically he lives here for free while I pay for everything house related and god knows when he will move out.
Can I claim CM from him in this scenario? Its really pissing me off this situation.
