Universal credit and third child

I was wondering if anyone can help with my situation, as even the lady I spoke to at universal credit was unsure.
I claim UC for 2 out of 3 children as my youngest was born in 2019. My eldest will be leaving education soon and will be removed due to age.
Will I now be able to claim for the youngest as still 2 children to care for or is she still removed from the claim as a third child?

Yes you will now get the child element for child 3 when child 1 is no longer eligible
