Scamming ex-husbands

My ex-husband is extremely good at fraud & diverting money. To the point where child maintenance payments for 2 children have literally halved. He's on a £60,000+ wage, he has 5 properties that he rents out, he's the Director of a public house, & he has a successful eBay business selling high end car parts. None apart from his wage (which he says he earns £26,000) is taken into account for CMS. How can he do this? Has he gone self employed? I know for sure he earns more than that wage CMS are working off, but I don't have any written proof.
I've applied to CMS for unearned income (rental properties) but it got rejected as HMRC didn't have any information regarding them (cause he's diverting his income).
CMS aren't much help & I don't know where else to turn.
Any ideas?
