Moving house alone

I just wanted to come and vent a bit. I'm exhausted! Moving house alone and with children is punishing.

I can't even buy the removals service where they pack you up because the ex has his stuff here and I have to be VERY selective about what comes and what stays.

Did I say I'm exhausted?!

I think us guys do a bloody good job and don't always give ourselves credit.

That sounds so hard. I'm actually staying in a house which is too big and expensive partly because I can't face moving with a baby and three year old in tow.

Once you're in your new place and settled (without your ex's stuff everywhere) I'm sure it will be worth it.

It sounds really hard! My friends apparently can't believe that I still live in the house me and my ex bought, I have a 3 year old and we broke up when he was a few months old. As if I was in a state to be selling/buying a house, let alone then moving!? Barely keeping sane / keeping us fed / clothes clean / managing to work. Am only just now getting to the point where moving seems a possibility, but still I think it would be a massive upheaval especially on you're own.
