CMS DOE but still getting nothing ?

There is a DOE set up as of end of last year. I have had 1 payment in march.. i thought the deduction would have meant i actually get something now. Latest payment showing as missed. Arrears at 5k. I have no idea how they can get away with this. The CMS isn't fit for purpose!

Anyone in the same boat ?

My little boy is seven, I have had around 5 payments in total over the seven years. I haven't received one for the last four years. They have even gone to court for a liability order which is on the case and there are still no payments. The CMS has said they cannot force someone to pay if they don't want to. They can ask but if an employer doesn't want to do DOE there is nothing they can do, my case is with the enforcement team, they still do nothing.

The CMS really isn't fit for purpose. They enable people not to pay and don't care whether they do or not. They are supposed to have powers but don't like use them.
