Hate the holidays

hate the holidays as a lone parent. Dds behaviour is too challenging I can’t take her anywhere even the park is a no go (asd/adhd) can’t go anywhere can’t leave her with anyone. Feel trapped 😓 don’t even know what I’m asking just feel down
