I log in to my CMS account fairly regularly to check for updates/messages etc.
Today I logged in and noticed the "payments" section looked difference and when I looked it now says the following;
*
Arrears*
Amount owed to you
£0.00
The paying parent has paid more than they needed to for this case. We will contact you to tell you how this will affect your future payments.

It used to say arrears £ three hundred and something so I'm unsure of what this message means?

Google said depending on the circumstances of the overpayment I may be made to pay it back??

He has not overpaid. Anyone have insight ti what this means?

Thanks for reply.
We still share a mortgage so he pays me CM money and mortgage money all in one payment, so unless he has lied and told them he's overpaid me by that much (approx 150 pm) every month for at least 6 months I can't see how/why it would change.

It could be related to his job I suppose. I don't know when the message changed to the above and how long it will take for them to contact me.

He's paid exactly the same amount every month since October 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Mortgage payment will be taken into account

Or he's applied for a variation and they are now taking the mortgage payment into account
