Hi, I feel so alone, stressed out and totally at my witts end. Both my children haven't seen their dad I almost two year due to their dad's behaviour. Long story short I was advised to stop contact by social services back in 2021 due to the nature of what the kods dad was saying and past behaviour that had lead up to this. All because I moved on with another partner he turned nasty towards the children. Anyway he has taken to to court so he can have a child arrangement order put in place, and has been proven to be a domestic abuse in the long drawn out process where I have to give evidence ect. Both children 11 and almost 9 don't want to see him. Both children have has play therapy and also private therapy by the therapist that was given to me by women's aid and other people. The courts haven't taken any of the repost in to account and ordered we both to do a spip course an supervised contact. Today the children went to the centre an refused point plant to go in an I had to call the lady down. (Contact centre is in the court) both children said they didn't want to see their dad an wouldn't move. My worry now is what will the court say to me as I've done everything they wanted me to do the spip course, promote and take children to contact. What will they do will I get penalised for the kids not seeing him. I'm worries sick with all this it's making me ill. Sorry for the long post.
