Ex doesn’t want to see children

How would you feel if your ex didn’t want to see your children but only wanted to text them on the phone and even that is not often? I’m struggling with my children they have additional needs and challenging behaviour. I never get a night off because he has never taken them. I can’t help but feel angry. I’m struggling to cope with their behaviour and he wants to text them a couple of times a month?

No unfortunately not, I only have my mum and she will not help me. I’ve had the day from hell with them and all he wants to do is send the occasional text twice a month, he doesn’t even call or FaceTime them it’s text only.
