Hi I am after some advice I am a lone parent and my daughter is 7 and we live with my mum and dad . Anyway there seems to be a reason why she won't go to bed on her own unless I'm upstairs in my room and she won't go to sleep I have to wait until she's asleep so I can go sleep otherwise she crys herself to sleep
