Family court / police disclosures

First: Have name changed due to the topic

I share a child with ex partner.
Child lives 50/50 between us both - has been this way for 4 years.
He was granted this after a section 37 from LA - SW said she found no grounds of abuse; so no reason for not having 50/50; despite child not wanting it.

I initiated court proceedings due to a visit from SS with the below concerns from the police - they said it wasn't enough to withhold child from dad - he could just turn up and remove from school on his court ordered time - so I was told to apply to court - child is 12 - wants to come home. SS we're suppose to put child on a child in need plan; but they didn't

Dad has had 3 other children with another woman who has reported that for the last 7 years he has raped, beaten, financially, physiologically, emotionally abused her, controlled her, locked her in their home, removed belongings from her / money / forced her to continue with having children against her will / locked her in the home.
As well as threatening their children & shouting at them as well as threats for physical abuse.
They both have had numerous police call outs due to domestic abuse from both sides with children being present.

Dad denied all these allegations; even went as far as to say that I have made them up - however police disclosure has revealed all - we are having a cafcass section 7 report done soon.

I have now requested to have child on a lives with order and dad to have contact.

Does anyone know if this is reasonable or would be awarded.
I was told that 50/50 is common however as we are at that now surely they cannot leave child with dad after seeing a police disclosure?
But then as he wasn't prosecuted does it mean that they see it as it didn't happen?

Well there must be multiple agencies involved as he has gone all that

Doubt he will be allowed access anyway. So will be out of your hands
