Hello! My name is Kayla Varga, and I'm a student studying applied sociology of literature at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (Royal University Groningen.) in the Netherlands. As a second year student it is necessary for us to conduct a research project on a subject and focus group of our choice. My peers and I chose research testing the empathy levels in response to literature focusing on the often overlooked community of single parents. However as you can imagine these days it is hard to access these communities online without seeming like scammers or as though we have ill-intentions, which I can only give every assurance that we do not. Our research involves a short reading of 2 excerpts and filling out two empathy tests in the form of a survey. Is there anyways this community could aid in participating in such a project?
