Here I am again, I just can't keep off this. Obviously people know my situation with X walking out and everything, well the day he walked out my sister moved in coz she split from her dh so she been with me since day one, well shes got herself a flat now and she moves in on saturday omg!
I've not been on my own yet since x has gone. I hope I don't become weak and start begging x back again, my sister made me quite strong and basically told me how it was. I know I've got to get used to it but i'm scared!

Oh LoneLou - you can do it! And you never know you may quite like being on your own......just think about never having to answer to anybody and being your own person. I know it wont be easy but I am sure you can do it!!

LoneLou I know it seems scary, but think of all the positives of having your house to yourself once your sister has gone!

You can walk around in your underwear or naked

Have baths with the door open

Not have to share the chocolate

Dance like a loon in your living room

Watch whatever you like on tv

Leave the house messy

I'm sure there are more!

Lou - if you haven't done so already, go to the doctor. Seriously.

When my ex left unexpectedly for the first time in my life I experienced depression...one of the symptoms being a morbid fear of being alone (which wasn't good considering the only reason I'd moved to this damn town, away from all my family and friends was because my ex wanted to).

I went out of my way not to be alone - my parents staying, me staying with them, visiting friends and avoiding my house as much as I could.

Go to the doctor - if he or she tells you that you don't have depression, great. If you do, they can help you.

It will get better, I promise.

Really good advice on here already - i just want you to know that you are doing so well-you've been having to deal with so much all at once but it will get better.

Just take one day at a time, that's what I do.
