Feeling a bit lost

Sunday afternoon, all my kids are out with their respective friends (as they should be on a sunny afternoon) but I'm a bit lost.
Don't feel I can go out in case they need me, but don't know what to do other than more chores 🤦‍♀️
This is only going to get worse as they get older, and is the part of parenting that people don't warn you about.
Any advice or ideas to fill my time, or just anyone in the same boat?

I know exactly how you feel... it's weird that I feel like I have to stay home and sort of wait.

Although last night I had an odd feeling that the eldest was going to need a lift home so I didn't drink and I ended up going to pick him up later that evening.

Youngest is quite a lot older and just doesn't need me as much and I also feel a bit lost

Mine aren't far from this. Time to get yourself some hobbies. Voluntary work? WI. Etc. I know you have heard it all before. I'm not sure how I will fill my time although it looks like my caring duties will soon shift to my parents.
