So my Ex is a Liar.
He refused to make the first payment of child maintenance to me saying he didn't have to pay it. When they told him he did, he started paying but never paid the first payment. I've I've chasing it for months.
It's finally got to a point where I've proved he never made the payment by sending of my own bank statements and now I've received a letter for them saying 'it has been reported that some payments have been made in cash, do you agree?'
Errrrrr no I don't fucking agree. He hasn't been allowed direct contact with me for months due to harassment. He has quite easily made all the other payments since via bank transfer so why would he need to contest paying this payment for months to then suddenly say 'oh I paid cash'.
And I'm not chasing some payments, I'm chasing one payment.
WTF
Will he get away with this
