Looking for support groups - new mums, separated/divorced

Are there any groups out there for women (parents) with babies/ toddlers who are separated from their husband/ partner?

My baby son is 10 months and my ex husband and I have been separated for about 4 months now. I think I had PND or post natal anxiety in the early days when my son was born. I feel it's coming back with the a divorce case on the horizon and living back at my parents with my son. I just feel a failure. Lots of different emotions and anxiety passing through my head.

Are there such groups out there which support people in my situation? Being a new mum is hard as we all know but throwing in a breakdown of a marriage on top of that is becoming too much to bear. I need to feel I'm not alone. I need to be around people who understand me.

Thank you for reading. I'm in the midlands area if anyone knows of any meet up groups. Thanks.

Have you already looked at gingerbread, the single parents' organisation? www.gingerbread.org.uk/community/single-parent-groups/groups/
