Hi everyone,
I'm 16 weeks pregnant & I've just left a very abusive relationship and now going to be raising this baby alone.
I already have a DS from a previous relationship. I was settled with the father of my current unborn baby until he beat me up badly a few days ago.

I'm really nervous about raising this baby alone and also having my DS who is nearly 5 too, and also working full time.

Is anyone else going through something similar and how do you work it?

Hey xx no but both my children were still babies when my husband left.
He now doesn't see them at all due to being abusive towards them and me.
Did you call the police? Your need to make sure there's a trace with authorities about his behaviour. As if he tried to have contact people are aware of what he's like.

Yes he's on bail currently and it may be going to court as I've pressed charges x

You’ve done the right thing, it’s hard I won’t lie, I have 4 and I’m on my own (father not involved at all) it’s hard but you will make it work you’ve already been a single parent before with your older child so it won’t be a new thing
