Has anyone closed a child maintenance claim? If so do they send out paper work confirming that it’s closed? Sick of chasing them up and being on hold for an hour only to be told someone will get back to me but they never do. Not received anything to confirm and I closed it in may (but was still receiving payments even after closing it)
