CSA once more...

I rang today to find out what was happening with the missing payment from ex-h and was told that someone was supposed to ring last week but didn't, they'd try again but I wouldn't hold my breath' !!!!!!!!!!! Their words!!!!!

Honestly, I just feel like crying. I've struggled so hard to afford Christmas and was relying on the £40. I might have known that ex-h would do something like this and think the CSA's attitude is totally disgusting.

Not good enough zm,keep phoning them-taking down who you speak to,time,date etc
Also get them to call you back..sod wasting your phone bill.
Keep at them,it did work for me.
Fingers crossed you get the money before christmas.

Thanks, I will try them again. It just makes me so mad that he can get away with this after everything else hes done. It's so unfair.
