Am really annoyed about their attitude. I had to chase them up today because my measly £40 hasn't been paid into my account (I have it paid in 4 weekly). They had no idea it hadn't been paid. Turns out ex-h has been making a payment every 4 weeks by card because there was some problem setting up a direct payment from his wages. I knew nothing about any of this. Then the guy from CSA started defending ex-h 'he's been good with payments so far and there's no reason to think there's a problem, we'll contact him and ask him to pay this payment and all being well you should have it next week.' All being well! Never mind the fact that this is the first time he's been good at anything so far as DD is concerned, he's made it so he can't have contact, he's made serious threats towards us both and I'm supposed to be grateful for him making the effort to pay his CSA payments when I know full well that he'll more than likely quit his job so he doesn't have to pay. Why should I give him a break? Not to mention that he's done this just before Christmas, knowing that as things stand at the moment, I'm relying on that £40 to pay towards Christmas etc. It just makes me sooooo mad!

Sorry, I'll calm down now

hmm I KNOW how you feel zm...had the same bleedy attitude when CSA payments haven't been paid-some by months and months..
I got sick of calling everyday chasing up it-thats the CSA's job not mine..

Also had problems with direct payments with wages-forms being lost etc .In the end I just asked to speak to higher management within CSA and it got sorted,it really is ridiculous and consumed alot of my time and energy

I hope you get a payment before Christmas-it's awful when you rely on it and it doesn't appear.
