Sorry this may belong in the legal section. Has anyone dropped CMS because of getting nowhere and taking legal action themselves. We have a court order for supervised contact so he sees her every other Saturday but pays nothing due to fiddling and working cash in hand whilst claiming benefits, csa have sent to the benefit office, have the Reg number of the new BMW he drives and his business name but said it can take years to investigate, I'd rather take him to court myself but not sure if this can be done without CMS.
