Help!! Has anyone experienced court for child arrangements. My DD is 5 months and has had limited contact with other parent due to DA endured by myself during the relationship. I have offered small regular contact for DD to get to know other parent. Older DD spends alternate wkends with other parent. But I feel baby is too young, having not established that early connection. May I add partner never cared for DD1 as a baby as was ‘my job’ so overnight care for DD2 is worrying. DD2 is quite distressed at handovers witnesses by third party. Partner is obsessed with control and sometimes that clouds what’s best for DD’s best interests. Any help, ideas to present to court?

No advice, but in a very similar situation, but my daughter is 10 months old. Have you started the court process? My stbxh keeps threatening it and I would welcome this. He, however wants 5050 residence of both children and has done since birth of DC2. Such a difficult time, you have my sympathy.

He won't get over nights until the child is at least a year old and no longer considered a baby.

Dh got over nights with his dc when his dc was 4. 5 months. After his ex stopping contact. And had proof of the excuses she gave
He got 2 nights eow.
