Hi all

I'm posting for some advice if anyone has any experience. I'm a single parent and I work 20 hours a week. My currently hour rate is £10.88.

I have little childcare other up until recently I will have Saturday 10am till Sunday 6pm twice a month. So I was thinking of picking up 2 bank shifts on Sundays 7am till 3pm the hourly rate would be £15 p/h approx.

As I'm on UC would it be worth the faffing around as it would mean I have 2 separate jobs? Has anybody got any advice please.

In short yes. For each £1 you earn you are deducted 65p from your UC. So you will be 35p in profit for each hour worked.
