CSA - Dodgy father avoiding paying

My dd is 8, her father is not in her life and avoids paying as he claims he is not working. He has always ran businesses, has an accountant that hides money etc.

Does anyone know of a way i can basically stop him from doing this?

Short of hiring a PI im at a loss

(He isnt on companies house)

CMS they go through his tax etc so they'll know if he's earning or not. Sadly it will probably take a long time and may not work.
My x doesn't support either and says the same about not working....🤔
