Child free time

Does anyone else have lots of ideas for their child free time and then just end up vegetating in front of the tv?
I always get to Sunday evening and feel like I’ve wasted my child free weekend!

I don’t get any child free time but if I did I would definitely just spent it lying on the sofa!

Mine are older and can entertain themselves. Today we have all done nothing. I feel terrible. It's a bit of a hang over from lockdown. We have got use to just milking about. But feels like such a waste of time.

What is child free time? No dad to go to here do when in school I work. Tv time sounds great :)

I'll often do that on the Friday night, just enjoy the autonomy and quiet in the house but I do try and make the most of the rest of the time out of the house.

I get respite carfe from a relative and have ideas in my head then just sleep and eat.

same when ex has them. I now sleep and eat. (7 long bloody years of supervised by me contact until they were oldd enough to ask for food drink and be reasonably safe on the roads. but at least they went to school. )
