Soothing vibes Pirategirl....

I get them too. It will be Ok. It will be over in a minute. You are Ok.

Try to relax your jaw, that can help funnily enough.

Has something happened today?

nutcracker · 02/12/2007 12:39

I find trying to make myself concentrate on something else helps a bit, anything, folding some washing, doing paperwork etc, and taking deep breaths.

Mine seem to come out of the blue too and after having some in the summer I have started getting them again in the past 2 weeks, even though I don't feel particularly anxious about anything.

Hope you feel better soon.

PirateInaPeartree · 02/12/2007 18:14

thanks, I just didn't see it coming. They happen when u least expect.

I was chatting to Lou too, after and it made me concentrate like u say.

My sis has taken dd in to school. I feel like crapola tbh.

treid to see my gp, but she's not in till thurs. I think I had a migrainous episode. I had a stroke caused my one of them about 6 yrs ago. They don't couase long term gamage like a noraml stroke. I thik its down to bloodvessels etc, its like a seizure, but not electrical iyswim.

I have had a couple of panic attacks the past few weeks so i just think its all connected.
