Part time evening work

Does anybody work in the evenings? And if so, how do you sort the childcare? I really don't want/can't afford to stop working, but if I can't sort something permanent out I may have to.

do you know anyone who works part timein the day who would be interested in a childcare swap? Also some minders do evenings. tax credits should cover it.

Thats good that TCs sould cover it. Unfortunately my hours aren't set, I work in a restaurant so it's 5-close for example, and depending on how busy we are/what section I have can be anywhere between 8.30 and 12.30 finish, so I really need the flexibility. The childcare swap sounds good though if I can think of anyone who fits the bill. Thanks.
