Just had the most awkward thing ever happen, my daughter is at school and has a 1:1 TA whose been working with her for over a year, she collects my daughter from the main gate every morning, well today when I get there there is a man standing there as well. When she comes out she is overly greeting him so I thought they knew each other, anyway she then says “so nice to finally meet you, mr X” (My surname) So I’m like 😱😱😱 he quickly says no, he reacted quicker than me as I was shocked so I said no I don’t know him, honestly wanted the ground to swallow me! Surely she knows I’m a single parent? She’s been with my daughter for over a year, her father had never been to the school he isn’t even down as an emergency contact, I thought they passed this information along! Clearly not!
