How on earth do you cope with 5050 contact? Both emotionally and financially?

Trying to agree out of court. He was abusive but court rules otherwise.

50/50 would be my ideal personally. I’m not sure what you mean about financially but if it’s 50/50 you would need maintenance as you both have them equal amounts of time?

I would imagine it can work but if your ex is a controlling narcissist it doesn’t. (However no arrangement would). Sorry, possibly not helpful.

I’m paying all the debts he’s abandoned that total to almost £1000.

He’s told me he’s doing this to avoid paying maintenance. He won’t even see them half the nights as they’ll be with his mother! What’s the point when they can be with theirs!

Hi OP for the nights to count I believe they have to be with him overnight. Speak to CMS and ask about this.
