Can’t do this anymore

I don’t want to be a mum, I can’t cope with my children alone anymore. They are all nasty to me especially my 9 year old and I have no help at all I can’t do it anymore

Have you got any support in real life? Can you make an appointment to talk to your gp?

No I have no one. I’m sick of my son calling me names and insulting me I’m sat here in tears because all he does is call me fat and other names

Kids will press your buttons, but that behavior is unacceptable.
You need to get back in charge. Take a deep breath, figure out some rules of behavior and what (safe, reasonable) consequences there will be for your DC when they break the rules and then hoist your pants, get some righteous indignation and go and tell your DC that you’ve had it with their nonsense and this is how it’s to be from now on.
Follow through with consequences on every break of rules.
There will be all kinds of tantrums at first but you need to stay calm yourself.
Today was the last straw and you won’t continue this way. These are the rules.
No insults or hurtful remarks to you or other people in the house.
It seems simple but god knows it’s hard.
We all have days that go tits up but just start again and keep trying. A better day will come along soon.
