Cms question, how long does a tribunal appeal take

Ex has falsely stated that he has the children much more than he does so money has drastically reduced. I had a newborn when I went online to give my information but apparently I've not done it at all so he has the decision made in his favour. I have just submitted a tribunal appeal. How long will this take?

I submitted a tribunal 4 weeks ago. I had a reply a week later. Yesterday morning my ex had a letter about it. Im hoping it’s not to long till it goes ahead.

@Saladd0dger fab thank you!! Do you have any idea whether they tend to be fair and take circumstances into consideration? It looks like I just hadn't bothered to reply to the mandatory reconsideration but I must have done it wrong. Will that just look like an excuse?

Have you heard anything about your appeal? Last letter I received was in April.

Six months used to be the average time from submission to hearing but Covid has probably extended that.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case.

@Saladd0dger I received a letter saying cms haven't responded in the timeframe. Getting nowhere fast!
What about you? X

Have you approached your MP. A call from them usually makes things happen I find.

I had my hearing this morning via phone call. The csa got called out on incorrect info and not having the things asked for. A few more pieces of evidence are needed from the csa and my ex and the judge will make a decision. I think it went really well and I’m hoping it’s my favour. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
