My ex is on collect and pay through earnings and never really had any major problems with it however I haven’t received this month’s payment and I have had a letter saying that they haven’t received it, but why wouldn’t they if it’s through CAP?
The yearly review was this month, money’s going up from May, he won’t be happy about this I know but surely nothing he can do about it for payments?
