3 kids pregnant and desprate

hiya everyone i have just left my partner of 10 years and have found out im pregnant iv got three kids ages 8 2 and 7 months but i fee like my life is fallin apart i suffer from accute pnd and iv now been taken off all medication has anyone else been in this type of situation ....how am i gona cope

Oh no you poor thing - what awful timing for you to be pregnant. Get in your doctors first thing tomorrow morning and speak to them and ask if they can refer you for counselling before you make any life changing decisions.

Is the baby your ex-partners? Is there any chance of you getting back together again and working through this together and going to relate, etc. Have you got family and good friends nearby?

i dont have any family support as my mums in a wheelchair i went to the doctors today but they were crap i cant get any medication till im 14 weeks so they sent me to a and e to get assesed. the baby is my exs we were not realy gettin on for a while so we were bein careful on the few occasions i went near him i never thought this would happen im in shock i think.....but im gona have this baby but i dont think i could get back with him it would be for the wrong reasons

if youve decided on having this baby then perhaps you can have counselling someone to offload things to until you can go back on your medication. Does your ex have much to do with your children? Perhaps you can arrange for him to have the children on set days to give you a break. Maybe you also contact a health visitor thats allocated to your gp surgery and discuss what help you are entitled to-they may run a sure start scheme and have people who can help you out at home. Look into local creche's and mother and toddler groups so you have some support networks to turn too.A unplanned pregnancy and a relationship breakup is bound to make anyone feel like they cant cope. And i think your very brave-sending big hugs

thanks for your support i think i will look at some counselling. my ex is an arce but and looking after his own kids would only mess up his nice easy life. why are men so selfish do u think they all have a selfish gene or do they just wake up one day realise they are male and become total prats

They are born selfish but sometimes manage to hide it for long enough to snag one of us fantastic women!
Wish I had some advice I could give you but I haven't got any, just wanted to wish you lots and lots of luck
