Following on from my thread regarding breaking point with my DD..
I sought advice from Children's services and my daughters Health visitor today as I literally cannot cope with another night of no sleep. I have no reserves left..
Both were in agreement that the night terrors are intrinsically linked to DD starting to see her father at the contact center and the fact she's witnessed some really horrible things. Both of them want to speak to the cafcass officer.
Is it possible it could be because of this? Her night terrors have happened every day for 2 weeks now 😢😢. She screams and screams like she's terrified. I attributed it to it being just a phase and the natural age that night terrors start.

It is a phase, as in listed in development books, but HV and SS are likely to know more about why etc.

DC had night terrors...but then DC witnessed DV too.
