My ex withdrew his C100 but court have refused it and have ordered an initial cafcass safeguarding phonecall. We have agreed all child arrangements between ourselves now so are both surprised by this. What will happen in this interview? Is it really probing and detailed? Or can we both just tell them we've made arrangements. I'm worried he will say something about me or some groundless comment out of spite we will both end up in court . Am I worrying about nothing? Feel very out of control
