Indirect contact

My exhusband was granted indirect contact only with our now 13 year old daughter. This was put in place last September. He is allowed to write every 3 weeks and she has had 2 letters from him. The content of the letters is unsuitable and upsetting for her. He is telling her she can see him whenever she wants to.
What should I do?

I would go back to the courts for advice

Get your lawyer to write to him/his lawyer detailing what is inappropriate and why. If it continues then back to court ASAP

Is this a final cao or interim?

What is the reason for indirect?

In isolation, it may not be inappropriate. So context is needed.

May I ask what led up to him only receiving indirect contact if you don't mind sharing that is. No pressure.x
